Refund Policy
At HikeOne Creatives, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services, including but not limited to website development, branding, graphic design, logo creation, SEO, digital marketing, content writing, video animation, and related creative solutions.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued to ensure transparency and a fair working relationship between both parties.
Non-Refundable Situations
Approval of Initial Concepts or Mockups
Once the client has reviewed and approved any initial design concept, mockup, draft, or creative direction, the project is considered actively accepted, and refunds will no longer be available.
Change in Decision
Refunds will not be issued if the client decides to discontinue the project after payment has been made due to personal preference or a change in business direction.
Choosing Another Service Provider
If the client chooses to continue the project with another agency, freelancer, or lower-cost provider after work has already begun, no refund will be granted.
Completion & Delivery of Final Work
Refunds are not available once the final files, website, designs, or deliverables have been completed, delivered, or approved by the client.
Third-Party Purchases
Any third-party services or products purchased on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Web hosting
- Domain registrations
- Premium plugins
- Website themes
- SSL certificates
- Software licenses
- Advertising spend
Client Inactivity or Lack of Communication
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 consecutive days during an active project, the project may be paused. Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by client inactivity.
Business Performance Outcomes
HikeOne Creatives does not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, rankings, or profitability. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with business performance after project completion.
Eligible Refund Situations
Project Has Not Started
A refund may be considered if the project has not started within 72 hours of payment and no preview, concept, draft, or initial work has been shared with the client.
If any initial work or preview has already been provided, the payment becomes non-refundable.
Failure to Deliver Services
If HikeOne Creatives is unable to complete the agreed-upon services within the mutually agreed scope and timeline due to reasons directly caused by our team, a partial or full refund may be considered after internal review.
Cancellation Within 12 Hours
Clients may request a cancellation within 12 hours of the original payment to qualify for a potential refund, provided work on the project has not substantially begun.
