8. Prohibited Projects & Services Policy
HikeOne Creatives is committed to maintaining ethical, legal, and professional business standards. To ensure compliance with our company values and applicable laws, we reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any project, service request, or business relationship that falls within the following prohibited categories:
8.1. Restricted Industries and Content
We do not provide services for projects, businesses, websites, applications, marketing campaigns, or content related to:
- Adult entertainment, pornography, escort services, or sexually explicit content.
- Gambling, betting, casino operations, lottery services, or any related promotional activities.

8.3. Existing Agreements
If a project is found to violate this policy after engagement has begun, HikeOne Creatives may terminate the project without liability and may retain fees for work completed up to the date of termination, subject to applicable contractual terms.
9. Project Inactivity & Reactivation
If communication is discontinued during an active project, the project may be placed on hold after 90 days of inactivity.
Should you wish to resume the project after this period, a Project Reactivation Fee of $350 may apply. This fee covers administrative processing, resource allocation, and project reinstatement.
10. Third-Party Data Sharing
HikeOne Creatives does not sell, trade, or share personal information — including phone numbers — with affiliates or third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
